INFORMATION AND PURPOSES

Information may include contact, billing and delivery details, order status, enquiries, preferences, IP address, device, browser and site activity. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by the studio.

Information is used to fulfil orders and bookings, provide digital purchases, answer enquiries, arrange delivery, keep legal and financial records, secure and improve the site, and send permitted marketing. The lawful bases are contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent where required.

SHARING AND RETENTION

Information is shared only where needed with Squarespace, payment processors, professional advisers and delivery partners such as DPD or specialist art couriers. Providers outside the UK must use safeguards required by UK law.

Order and financial records are normally kept for up to six years; enquiries for up to two years; and marketing details until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. A minimal suppression record may remain.

Marketing is sent only where permitted and includes an unsubscribe link. You may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict information, object, receive a portable copy or withdraw consent. Email hello@alyharte.com. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
