TERMS, DELIVERY & RETURNS

These terms apply to purchases from alyharte.com and do not affect your statutory consumer rights. Contact hello@alyharte.com with any question before ordering.

ORDERS AND PRICES

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Product pages describe the artwork, print, digital product, workshop or service offered. An order is accepted when confirmation is issued. If an item is unavailable or listed incorrectly, you will be contacted and any payment taken will be refunded.

DELIVERY

UK and Ireland: print delivery is complimentary. Original paintings over £500 include complimentary professional delivery; originals under £500 are £30.

International tracked print delivery is £15 to Europe, £20 to the USA and Canada, and £25 to other destinations. International original-painting delivery is charged at checkout: under £500 — £50; £500–£999 — £75; £1,000–£1,999 — £100; and £2,000 or above — £150. Any courier cost above the checkout rate is covered by the studio.

Prints are normally sent rolled in a protective tube using DPD or another suitable tracked service. Paintings are securely packed and may use a specialist art courier. Delivery estimates are guides, not guarantees. International customers are responsible for local customs duties, taxes or import charges unless stated otherwise.

Check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel appears damaged, photograph the packaging before opening and contact hello@alyharte.com promptly, ideally within 48 hours.

CANCELLING AND RETURNING PHYSICAL GOODS

For most online purchases of physical goods, UK consumers may cancel within 14 days after delivery and return the item within the following 14 days. Email the studio before returning anything. Items must be returned carefully in their original condition and protective packaging. You are responsible for safe, tracked and insured return delivery unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Bespoke, personalised or commissioned work may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation.

Refunds are normally made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or evidence they were sent. Original delivery charges are refunded only where required by law.

FAULTS OR DAMAGE

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact hello@alyharte.com with the order number and clear photographs. An appropriate remedy will be offered as required by law.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND MASTERCLASSES

Digital products are supplied electronically. Where you request immediate access during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that access begins, your change-of-mind cancellation right may be lost once supply starts. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty, inaccessible or not as described. Course materials are for the purchaser’s personal use and must not be shared, copied or resold.

WORKSHOPS, MENTORING AND SERVICES

Any date-specific cancellation or transfer terms shown at booking also apply. If the studio cancels, you will be offered a transfer or refund.

Artwork images, videos, written materials and teaching content remain the intellectual property of Aly Harte unless agreed otherwise in writing. Buying an original or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
