A flower farmer and a painter invite you into their worlds for one beautiful autumn morning.

We’ll begin outside with Aisling at SOW Grateful. Wander through the woodland and autumn flower field, take in the changing colours and textures, and learn what’s growing around you. With Aisling’s guidance, you’ll choose and cut your own armful of seasonal flowers, then arrange them in a vase that is yours to take home.

Then we paint.

I’ll introduce you to my signature How to Paint Loose approach, helping you move away from trying to capture every perfect petal and instead respond to colour, shape, movement and feeling. I’ll demonstrate and paint alongside you as you turn the flowers you have just picked into your own original painting on canvas.

Absolutely no painting experience is needed. This is about experimenting, making confident marks, enjoying the process and giving yourself permission to paint more freely.

Freshly cut herbal teas made with herbs grown at the flower farm will be served alongside tea, coffee and homemade sweet treats while we paint and chat. Both Aisling and Aly will be with you throughout the morning, sharing their knowledge, demonstrating what they do and answering your questions.
